Summer Rolston
How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I think the people I train with are a huge factor in staying motivated!
Being able to train with friends every day and being kept accountable really helps. Also having short and long term goals to work towards helps to keep me motivated.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
I don't really have any specific routines or rituals before I race, however I always make sure I have a good breakfast and a good warmup beforehand.
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
I think my most memorable moment would either be winning an Australian gold ski relay team medal or competing for the New Zealand Junior Black Fins in Italy. Winning an Australian gold is a very special moment and being able to celebrate it with my team makes it even better. And representing my country and being able to go to Italy was such an amazing experience.

-Royale Goggles: these are my favourite goggles to wear, they are really comfortable and great for not fogging up.
-Banzai Engine Bikini 1pc: these are my all time favourite pair of togs to wear outside of training, they are so perfect for the beach, surfing, tanning! I
