General Info

We expect Domestic Australian orders to be received within 3-10 days of leaving our warehouse. International orders vary from 3-21 days. If you have any questions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order please contact info@engineswim.com

Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. We use Toll, Australia Post and Couriers depending on shipping location. We recommend shipping your order to a business address for ease of delivery. Engine Swim is not responsible for shipping times or lost parcels. Once the goods have left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Please be aware length of delivery during Christmas and Sale periods can vary.

Metro - up to 2 business days

Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate (Sent from VIC):

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Country - Please ask at your local post office

Standard Shipping > ~2-4 days AUD from $8.3+ (Final cost calculated by delivery location + package size at checkout)
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a collection card is left in your Post box to arrange a re-delivery.
Australia Post Express > ~48 hours AUD from $11.3+ (Final cost calculated by delivery location + package size at checkout)

If you desire your package to be left unattended upon delivery, please let us know in 'Shipping Comments' at checkout.

Please note that the shipping times indicated above are approximations. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Please call if you have a deadline for receiving your order as we may be able to help ensure that you get your product on time.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Fridays will not be dispatched until the next business day. Subject to change during holiday/busy/sale periods.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $125- Not valid with any other promotion or merchandise sale. Subject to change.

FREE International Standard Shipping on all orders over $250

International Standard Shipping from $25 - Estimated delivery between 3-21 business days (to metropolitan areas)**

International Express Shipping from $25 - Estimated delivery between 2- 21 business days

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Relevant duties & taxes are not covered by Engine & are to be paid by the customer

In Store Pickup

In Store Pickup allows you to purchase your goods online and then collect your order when its convenient for you. Once an order has been placed you will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected from the warehouse during business hours at the following address:
