Yes, we do at our ENGINE HQ - Mordialloc VIC location.

Place your order online and then collect them when it's convenient for you.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to collect.

All orders are shipped from ENGINE HQ located in Mordialloc, VIC.

You will receive a confirmation email from ENGINE with your tracking number.

Please note tracking can take up to 24 hours to update via the tracking link.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Yet you're welcome to visit our store during Sat trading hours.

Please note each carrier has their own operating hours which may delay your parcel over the weekend.

Delivery over the Christmas period and annual sale periods can vary dramatically.

We suggest getting organised early to ensure your parcels arrive on time.

In the rare instance that your parcel has been lost our customer service team will happily investigate further.

Returns & Refunds

Please see below:

We offer $10AUD flat rate shipping* for all returns within 30 days of purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags and hygiene stickers attached. Products which are not meeting this criteria will be sent directly back to you.
  2. Download and print this label. Attach it to your package containing your item and your original order's packing slip (as a form of identification) along with any other communication which may assist (for example, email correspondence with our customer service team if relevant).
  3. A refund/ store credit will be issued once your items have been received and inspected.

If you choose to use Refundid, your refund will be issued to you instantly, before you've even shipped back your order. If you choose to return via our standard method, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Please contact us at info@engineswim.com if this time frame has been exceeded, but not before.

All returns are at ENGINE's discretion.

This is dependent on when we receive your items back.

Once the goods land at our warehouse we aim to refund you within 2-5 days via the same method your originally paid for your order.

No, we don't.

Instead, we offer instant refunds via Refundid. You will receive your money back instantly and can go ahead and place your order again selecting your new sizing.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging including hygiene stickers and tags.

All Xmas packs are customisable until stock lasts.

You have the option to choose your preferred colour for each item within your pack.

* Please note our ENGINE team will select your BONUS sticker and lanyard colours for you.

All orders over $150AUD are eligible for free shipping.

If your cart is under $150AUD our system will calculate your shipping costs based on your exact location.

If an item won't select it means we have run out of stock.

You'll have to choose a different colour in this instance.

Our Xmas packs are heavily discounted and therefore you cannot use a discount code.

Including Surf and Pool Performance, Training, Apparel and Accessories.

All our BFCM offers will be available instore at our HQ Mordialloc store in Victoria.

If you are shopping from elsewhere you may order via our online store instead.

Yes, you can return items during the sale period.

Please note we do not offer exchanges (including size exchanges). You will need to go through our returns process.

Due to our heavily discounted items we are not offering any further discounts via discount codes.

Firstly, please double-check you haven't been refunded for your missing item.

If you haven't received a refund, feel free to send an email to our friendly customer service team with the below information:

  • The item missing

Due to the volume of orders throughout the BFCM period, we will refund items if it is out of stock. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

We do not offer extensions on sale prices prior or after our sale dates.

As a guide, we suggest starting off with your 'usual' clothing size and matching to our size guide.

For example, if you're generally a Girls 8-10, we suggest you'd be an F18 in our suits. As per our size guide HERE.
