ENGINE SWIM SESSIONS
Looking for a bit of structure and motivation in your swim training?
Our Engine Swim Sessions are a simple, effective way to stay on track and feel good in the water. Each session will be approx. 2km.
Each month, we will post 4 swim workouts, put together by Olympian and Engine Director Andrew Lauterstein (@alauterstein) and friends, designed to help you build fitness, improve technique, and feel more confident heading into your next race - or just your next session.
Think of it as one solid session each week to keep you moving forward, without overloading your schedule.
