Do I need a discount code?

No you don't, prices are marked down already, so the listed price is the final price. Add products to your cart and you're good to go.

I recently purchased at a higher price, now it's cheaper. Will you refund the difference?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to do so as EOFY is a globally recognised/ advertised event. Don't miss out, mark it in your calendar each year.

Can I return a sale item?

Only if the product is deemed faulty, otherwise, we won't be accepting returns given the product is heavily discounted. Please choose carefully.

Can I use a code?

Our sale won't be accepting discount codes.

Engine Swim offers stress-free returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund or store credit, simply return your items in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • A flat shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to all returns.

Please note that items without tags may not be accepted for return.

  6. Ship your return! 
    Remember, you have one week to mail your package after completing the Refundid process.

  • Reasonable Wear & Tear: Engine Swimwear is designed for performance, but even the best garments have a lifespan. Over time, with frequent use, exposure to chlorine and other chemicals, some wear and tear is expected.

Warranty & Faulty Items:

If you believe your Engine Swim product has a genuine fault, we're here to help! However, it's important to distinguish between reasonable wear and tear and a true product defect.

  • Consider if the issue is a normal sign of use. For example, some pilling or colour fading might be expected after extended use.
