Change of Mind Refunds
We will not be accepting change of mind refunds on Sale items, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong colour
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Purchasing the item by mistake
- Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
For this reason, we recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before completing your purchase.
Store Credit Returns
Sale items are generally not eligible for refunds.
Where a return is approved under our returns policy, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. This can be processed through our Refundid website as normal.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a genuine manufacturing defect or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will assess the item and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Do I need a discount code?
No you don't, prices are marked down already, so the listed price is the final price. Add products to your cart and you're good to go.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to do so as EOFY is a globally recognised/ advertised event. Don't miss out, mark it in your calendar each year.

Engine Swim offers stress-free returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund or store credit, simply return your items in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Returns Policy:
