Engine Swim offers stress-free returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund or store credit, simply return your items in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • A flat shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to all returns.

Please note that items without tags may not be accepted for return.

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Select the item(s) you'd
    like to return and choose
    a reason for return.
  4. Return Label Options:
  5. Download and Print your return label Attach it securely to your package containing the item(s) you're returning, along with the original packing slip.
  6. Ship your return! 
    Remember, you have one week to mail your package after completing the Refundid process.

5. Your refund/store credit will be provided instantly.

Return Notes:

  • Ensure your items are in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached to qualify for a full refund/store credit.
  • Engine reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet their policy.

  • Reasonable Wear & Tear: Engine Swimwear is designed for performance, but even the best garments have a lifespan. Over time, with frequent use, exposure to chlorine and other chemicals, some wear and tear is expected.

Warranty & Faulty Items:

If you believe your Engine Swim product has a genuine fault, we're here to help! However, it's important to distinguish between reasonable wear and tear and a true product defect.

  • Consider if the issue is a normal sign of use. For example, some pilling or colour fading might be expected after extended use.
