  1. How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I stay motivated by setting realistic goals and celebrating small and big achievements.

 

  1. Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?

 I like to try and stay relaxed, listen to my music and get in my zone.

  1. Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?

Competing in my first Open Iron event as a 15yr old and getting the opportunity to race against some of my idols.

  1. Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?

Winning the U19 Coolangatta Gold Long Course in 2022 and making every junior Australian Ski Final.

  1. Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?

I like to hangout with my mates and try to go camping when I get a spare weekend. 

  1. How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?

I have a good balance with sport, uni, work and social life through my supportive family and friends.
