How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?

Surround myself in a training environment that makes showing up and working hard easy everyday. Also loving what I do makes it easy to continue showing up to each training session at my best.

Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?

I don't have any pre race rituals. I just like to forget about racing until it's time to switch on and have some fun.

Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?

My most notable achievement was in 2022 winning the u17 ironwoman at Aussies, getting 8 gold medals and achieving best female competitor. Also getting 2nd in the k1 500 at Junior world championships.

Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?

I study a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science part time at Bond University and own an Australian shepherd dog called Charli!

How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?

I have struggled to find a balance in the past, however I realised it's important to have. I try to have 60minutes a day where I won't be on my phone or thinking about training. This gives me a clear time away from everything.

What are your top 3 ENGINE products (either for racing or training)?

Red shredskins (you will not see me racing without these), weapon goggles and the tracksuit pants for winter!
