How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I am surrounded by a great group of athletes/mates that all have a similar goal. We all keep each other accountable and push each other the max most sessions.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
Make sure I'm hydrated, stay relaxed, stay talking, watch races before me.
How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
Time management, get the most out of my day. If I'm not training, then study, see mates or just catch up on some sleep.
What are your top 3 ENGINE products (either for racing or training)?
Bullet goggles, as they look good and are comfortable. Club cuts are a must - comfortable, come in lots of colours and you can wear them anywhere. Classic training shorts, casual, comfortable, great for gym.
