How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I'm motivated to chase my goals and it helps having a great training squad to train with.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
Not get to stressed and stick to a basic routine.. throw the arms over, focus on my start.
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
Winning the board and Ironman at Aussies 2022. Winning 7 gold madams at state 2023.
Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Winning the u14 swim, board and Ironman at state 2023. All the early mornings paid off!
Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
I made the u15 All Australian AFL team as an under aged player, hoping to make the Australian team again this year.
How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
I love training for both surf lifesaving and my AFL, it helps that I get to train with all my good mates. Down time I play the odd game of golf with mates.

1. Iron jammer 3's - so comfortable for racing….
2. Storm/cyclone waterproof jacket, best light weight weather protection jacket it's a game changer!
3. Black engine socks - super comfortable, hold their shape after 100+ washes and don't fade
