1. How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?

 Learning to love what you do is exactly how I stay motivated when training, it's so hard to do well in something you don't enjoy so get creative!

2. Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?

I like to visualise my race, from the start line to the finish line.

3. Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?

I've won medals at Aussies but the most defining moment would be coming fourth in the ironman at Aussies as it has never made me more hungry for a win.

4. Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?

What's your favourite ENGINE product?
