1. How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I surround myself with amazing people that are also amazing athletes pushing me at every session.
2. Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
My pre race ritual is always a good warm-up then looking and watching other races and the surf.
3. Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
I have many memorable moments one being winning the Australian U15 Ironman as well as winning the open state taplin with my coaches and teammates.
4. Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Definitely my first ever state medal in U14s when I won the Ironman as well as winning the state taplin.
5. Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
Other than sport I love to go 4WD and hanging out with mates as well as going on weekends away with mates surfing.
6. How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
I'm very lucky that my best mates are also my training partners but it is very hard to balance everything.
