How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
Surrounding myself with the right people. The season is so long and if your not enjoying training and having fun with your friends whilst training hard its extremely hard to stay motivated.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
I wouldn’t say I have any just surrounding myself with positive people.
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
The most memorable moment for me would be winning the Nutri-Grain Next Gen in 2022 to qualify for the series the following season.
Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Winning the Next Gen series in 2022 and racing the following seasons series in something I think I will never forget I think it proved to myself that I was good enough to be there if I trained hard and race well consistently.
Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
Outside of the ocean I work as a Teacher’s Aide while studying a Bachelor of Education.
How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
This is something I wouldn’t say I am the best at! I am learning to manage working, studying full-time, training and keeping our home clean….I swear there is never-ending loads of washing and folding to do ahaha. But to de-wind from our big day with me, my partner and house mate we usually play Mario Kart.

My puffer jacket, Shredskin Racer 1pc, and Weapon Googles.
