How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
I stay motivated with good bunch of people supporting me coaches/mates who all have a similar goal pushing each other each training session.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
Don't really have a ritual but tend to focus on staying relaxed, hydrated and watch races in front of me.
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
Even though my career hasn't been as long as others, I have many defining moments but stands out for me is winning the WA under U13's board rescue with one of my best mates and last Aussies winning the swim and ironman.
What are your top 3 ENGINE products (either for racing or training)?
Club cuts for sure, very comfortable for surf and pool use and come in lots of colours. iron jammers are essentials for comp day. weapons are a must, comfortable, durable and great for training and competition.
