Created & Designed by triple Olympic medallist Andrew Lauterstein, #2KTuesday sessions are programmed as a guide for Intermediate swimmers who are looking for short challenging workouts.
Sessions are planned to maximise your time & effort at the pool. Each workout is planned to improve strength & fitness, increase endurance, and provide a more enjoyable alternative to swimming unplanned laps.
Sessions are between 2-3km and can be completed in approx. 60 mins.
Workouts are focused on higher intensity freestyle with varying rest intervals.
All four strokes are programmed in small doses.
Drills and sculling are also programmed to improve technique and feel of the water.
The sessions are designed to keep you stimulated throughout the session to minimize boredom stay mentally fresh.
