1. How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
Making sure I'm just enjoying training and having fun with the cliffe crew.
2. Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
I don't really have a pre-game rituals, I just like to have fun, love a chat.
3. Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
Most defining moment I think to date would have to be getting 3rd in round 3 of the 23/24 iron series.
4. Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Moving to the Goldy and winning the under 19 Aussie Ironman 2 years in a row.
5. Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
Just chilling out and hanging with mates.
6. How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
Trying to balance the intense training and working full-time is a massive challenge, but surrounded myself with good people and you really got to enjoy it.
7. What are your top 3 ENGINE products (either for racing or training)?
My top 3 engine products would have to be men's classic training shorts, bullet goggles and the iron jammers 3's.
