How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
By having fun and reviewing the goals i want to achieve throughout the season.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
My pre game ritual i do to help me get into the zone when racing is to listen to pump up music.
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
A memorable moment through my career would be winning the under 15 Matt Barclay ironman race at the 22/23 state titles.
Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Winning the overall point score in the summer of surf series for the iroman and then coming second overall in the board and swim definitely impacted my joureny as an athlete as it gave me confidence.
Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
Other things i like to do apart from surf life saving, are things like surfing and fishing.
How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
By going surfing, fishing and hanging out with friends and taking the mind of all the training definitely helps the to keep a balance.

Royal Goggles, Puffer Jacket and Iron Jammer 3's.
