How do you stay motivated and push yourself in training?
Having people around me striving for the same end goal helps me push myself and helps me to know where I have to get to if I want it enough.
Many athletes have pre-game rituals that help them get into the zone. What are some of your personal pre-game rituals or routines that you believe help you get in the zone before hitting the beach or pool?
I try and stay focused and listen to music before warm up and then just focus on making minimal mistakes and getting ready to race
Reflecting on your career so far, what would you consider as the most memorable or defining moment?
Winning the u13 Aussies Ironman and getting picked in the 2024 NSW interstate team.
Are there any specific achievements or milestones that you are particularly proud of and that you feel have significantly impacted your journey as an athlete?
Winning the Aussies and NSW Ironman in the same year has given me the most confidence as well as getting 2nd in the Manly summer of surf racing an age up.
Beyond your athletic pursuits, do you have any hobbies or passions that might surprise people?
I love playing AFL in the swans academy and just spending the day with my friends.
How do you balance your intense training and competition schedule with personal interests outside of your sport?
I'm lucky that the majority of my friends do the same sports as me whether it's going for a paddle or kicking the footy at the park.
