Where It All Started

My parents tell me that, before I could walk, I loved the water. My nan and pop took me to swimming lessons from when I was 6 months old and my parents signed me up for Tiny Tots at Grange SLSC as soon as they could. I have never looked back.

The Journey Nobody Sees

A lot of hard work and countless hours in the pool and the ocean have helped me get to where I am today. I have had some great coaches who have guided my development and training with friends always keeps me engaged. I must also mention my mum and dad who are the ones that get me to those early pool sessions.

Your Greatest Moments

The achievement I'm most proud of is getting on the podium in the surf race at Aussies. It was a special moment considering the strong field. Other highlights include a podium in the iron at Manly and my iron and surf race wins at state champs. But I always get the most enjoyment out of team events. I always seem to find that little bit extra when competing for my Club with my mates.

Beyond the Sport

Outside of surf, I enjoying playing some golf. While it can be frustrating, I find it’s a great way to have fun with family and friends. I've also started learning guitar. It's been something different to challenge myself away from the beach and pool.
