Where It All Started
I grew up at Trigg Beach, always watching my older sister in the water before I was old enough to do Nippers myself. From a young age, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. As soon as I was old enough, I got involved, and I've loved it ever since.
The Journey Nobody Sees
The community at Trigg Surf Club has had the biggest impact on who I am as an athlete. Growing up around so many talented athletes and great role models inspired me to keep improving and push myself. The club has given me so much over the years, so now I want to give back by representing Trigg as best I can and continuing to train and compete at a high level.
Your Greatest Moments
One of the moments I'm most proud of was winning the Under 19 Board Rescue at Aussies with one of my best friends, Milly. We both started at the club in Under 8s, so to grow up in the sport together and then win an Australian title together was pretty special. Winning my third Open Board State Title last season is definitely another highlight. It's something I've worked really hard for, and something I'm really proud of.
Beyond the Sport
Outside of training and competing I am currently getting my law degree at university. I also love a good summer music festival.
