Major Achievements: making the ironman series, Wining summer of surf series, wining an Australian open gold medal

Short Term Goal: qualify for the series and improve on last years performances

Long Term Goal: Win the ironman series, Win Australian ironman title

Weekly Training Program: Swim in the mornings, with craft or ironman sessions in the afternoon with run and gym included before or after the sessions.

Favourite Engine Product (and why): Iron Jammers – They are super comfy, they feel fast and look fast

Favourite Food: pizza

Favourite thing to do outside of your sport: Relax, hang with mates or go to the beach
