Coach: Currently training under Jack Hansen (Alexandra Surf Life Saving Club).

Favourite Event: Board, Ski and Iron

Personal Best Results: 12th Under 15 Aussies Board race final.

Major Achievements: School captain 2017/18

Short Term Goal: Complete the Coolangatta Gold 2017, Make an individual top 5 at Aussies 2018.

Long Term Goal: Be selected for the Australian Youth team, Win an individual Aussie gold medal.

 

Weekly Training Program:

Monday: Swim 5am-7am, Ski 4pm-5:30pm, Run 5:30pm-6pm.

Tuesday: Board 4pm-5:30pm, Run 5:30pm-6pm.

Wednesday: Swim 5am-7am, Ski 4pm-5:30pm.

Thursday: Board 4pm-5:30pm, Run 5:30pm-6pm.

Friday: Swim 5am-7am, Ski 4pm-5:30pm.

Saturday: Gold set (long iron set) 7am-10:30am

Sunday: Rest

 

Favourite Engine Product (and why): Deck Parkas as they are very comfy to keep warm before or after a race or training.

Favourite Food: Everything my mum makes

Favourite thing to do outside of your sport: Travelling the world

Best Advise you have received: “Mistakes are a part of surf sports, it’s how well you recover from them that makes a great race.”
